One-off tool purchases
One-off purchases unlock digital content immediately. By completing payment you ask us to supply it straight away and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once the content is unlocked. That doesn’t affect your statutory rights: if a tool doesn’t work as described or you can’t access what you paid for, email hello@mybrandkit.co.uk within 14 days with your Stripe receipt and we will fix it or refund you in full.
Subscriptions (Pro and Agency)
You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the current billing month and won’t be charged again. We don’t give partial refunds for unused time, but if you were charged in error or couldn’t use the service because of a fault on our side, contact us and we’ll put it right.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
