These terms apply to your use of mybrandkit.co.uk and its tools (“MyBrandKit”), provided by Smart Website Designers Ltd, Swansea, Wales (“we”, “us”). By using MyBrandKit you agree to them. Contact: hello@mybrandkit.co.uk.
1. The service
MyBrandKit provides AI-powered tools that create branding, marketing, business and template legal documents. Many tools can be previewed for free; downloads or unlimited use may require a one-off payment or a subscription. We may change, add or withdraw tools at any time.
2. AI-generated content
Results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking anything before you use it. In particular:
- Legal documents (privacy policies, terms, NDAs, cookie and refund policies) are templates, not legal advice. Have them checked by a qualified professional if in doubt.
- Business names and logos are not checked for trademarks or company name availability. Search the UK IPO and Companies House before relying on them.
- Business plans, quotes, bids and SEO reports are guidance only.
3. Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of the information you enter. Once any required payment is made, you may use the results for your own business and commercial purposes. You must not enter content you don’t have the right to use, or sensitive personal information about other people.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse MyBrandKit: no unlawful, misleading or harmful content, no attempts to bypass payments or usage limits, no automated scraping or excessive requests, and no interfering with the site’s security. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. See our Refund Policy.
6. Availability
We aim to keep MyBrandKit available but can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, as it relies on third-party AI and hosting providers.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of profit, business or opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Advertising and links
Some pages show adverts from Google. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites or adverts.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
